Now that the academic year is over, and before we begin the 2019-20 season, LamarCardinals.com wanted to take a look back at what we felt were the Top 25 Moments of the 2018-19 season. The top 25 list was voted on by a panel of 15 members of the LU senior and external staff.

Continuing a long-standing tradition, Lamar's distance team continued to dominate the field in the SLC Championships.Â
Jamie Crowe took his 10th gold medal in two years as a Cardinal, winning the men's 5K with a time of 14:39.85. SLC Indoor Men's Newcomer of the YearÂ
Jordan Rowe came in second with a time of 14:45.37, andÂ
Matthew Arnold rounded out the Top 3 with a 14:46.85 for bronze.Â
Kyle Garcia also finished in the Top 5, taking fifth with a 14:59.19.
Crowe, Rowe, and Arnold were named All-SLC after the race and Crowe and Arnold took home All-Academic SLC awards as well.
