SUGAR LAND, Texas — Lamar University women's golf wrapped up the Riverbend Intercollegiate on Tuesday afternoon at Riverbend Country Club, finishing 13th in a 16-team field.
The Cardinals posted a three-round total of 932 (308-307-317).
Montana Di Leo recorded two of LU's four birdies on the day.
After shooting even par on the back nine, Di Leo closed her round with five pars and a birdie over the final six holes.
Brooke Frerichs opened her round with six straight pars while
Kamaya Moodliar began with five consecutive pars.
Moodliar added a birdie on the 12th hole, and
Amanda Davidsson carded a birdie on No. 18.
As a team, the Cardinals totaled 49 pars in the final round. Frerichs led the way with 13 pars, and Moodliar finished with 12.
Competing as an individual,
Karolina Krasova made two birdies and five pars on the front nine to shoot even par. She ended the day with 12 pars — seven coming on the back nine.
Louisville claimed the team title with a three-round score of 873 (284-294-295), finishing 13 strokes ahead of Houston Christian.
Tarleton State's Louise Depadt won the individual championship with a 54-hole total of 211 (67-72-72), three shots clear of Odessa College's Napajira Luesattha.
