NEW ORLEANS, La. - The Lamar University men's tennis team had their two match winning streak snapped Wednesday afternoon, falling to the University of New Orleans 7-0.
The Privateers swept the singles competition and won the double point by winning in the top two spots. The Cardinals lone victory of the match came at No. 3 doubles where Diego Snyder and Mario Janjic blew past Vinay Kamineni and Jose Gaspar 8-3.
With the loss the Cardinals season record is now 6-6. They will be back in action on Friday when they play host to Southern Miss. at the Cardinals Courts at 1 p.m.
