FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Lamar University senior
Ke'Asia Hall competed in the women's triple jump in her first NCAA Regionals Saturday at John McDonnell Field on the campus of Arkansas. She would end her 2026 campaign with a top-45 finish.
Of her three attempts, it was Hall's last jump that went for a mark of 12.15 meters (39-10.5) to place 45th. For this season, the Nederland native claimed All-Southland Conference honors in both the indoor and outdoor championship meets in the triple jump. She collected 11 top-five finishes, including runner-up seven times.
The Cardinals' track and field season will continue at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Eugene, Ore., where
Mariam Buenanueva Saleme takes part in the heptathlon. The first four events of the heptathlon will start Friday, June 12
th at 1:45 p.m.
The Cardinals now have one representative in
Mariam Buenanueva Saleme, who will compete in the heptathlon at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Eugene, Ore.
