BEAUMONT, Texas - The Southland Conference released the 2025 league schedule announced SLC officials Tuesday morning. Lamar University will face 10 conference foes with five games at the LU Soccer Complex. 

LU's first conference opponent will be a home match against East Texas A&M (Sept. 18) followed by a road test with UIW (Sept. 21). September closes with Big Red battling Houston Christian (Sept. 25). 
 
October begins with the Cardinals traveling south to take on Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (Oct. 2) before returning home to meet Stephen F. Austin (Oct. 5). The following week has LU hosting Southeastern (Oct. 9) and taking the short drive to Lake Charles, La., to meet Battle of the Border rival McNeese (Oct. 12). Big Red's final regular season home game will be against Northwestern State (Oct. 23) while the last road games will be at Nicholls (Oct. 19) and UT-Rio Grande Valley (Oct. 30).
 
This year, LU will be hosting the conference tournament, which will take place from Nov. 4th-Nov. 9th. All LU home games will take place at the LU Soccer Complex and be broadcast on ESPN+. The non-conference portion of the schedule has not yet been released.
