BEAUMONT, Texas – Lamar University will be sending senior transfer
Leah Kuruvilla to the ITA Regional Championships Thursday in Waco, Texas. The four-day tournament will be hosted by Baylor and will run through Sunday.
Kuruvilla is slated to open tournament play Thursday against Abilene Christian's Olivia Sears. The match will begin at 9:30 a.m. Should Kuruvilla advance to the winners bracket she would face the winner of the Lilly Schultz (North Texas) vs. Vittoria Baccino (UTSA) match Thursday at 1 p.m.
