BEAUMONT, Texas - Due to inclement weather in the forecast for Sunday, Lamar University baseball's second and third games against LIU Brooklyn have been rescheduled into a doubleheader. The game originally scheduled for 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 16, has been moved back by an hour to 1 p.m., and the game scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Sunday has now been moved to Saturday -starting 45 minutes after the conclusion of Saturday's first game.
Scheduled starters
Noah Sills (Saturday) and
Grason Wright (Sunday) will still play in Games 2 & 3, respectively, in the new doubleheader format.
Friday's Opening Day game is still set for a 6 p.m. First Pitch from Mayor Becky Ames.
