MOBILE, Ala. – For the fourth time this season, Mother Nature has stepped in to cancel a Lamar University women's tennis match. The Cardinals were scheduled to play South Alabama in Mobile this afternoon but the match was stopped due to rain in the area.
 
The Cardinals return to action Saturday when they travel to Nacogdoches, Texas to face Stephen F. Austin in the Southland Conference opener. The match against the Ladyjacks is slated to start at 11 a.m. from the Schlief Tennis Complex.
