Southland Conference Newcomer of the Year … Two-Time SLC Offensive Player of the Week … Played in 17 games earning 11 starts … Completed 178-of-297 (.599) passes for 2,265 yards and 14 touchdowns … Also carried the ball 201 times for 916 yards (4.5 ypc) and 15 touchdowns … Averaged 53.9 rush yards per game.
 
2019 (Senior): Played in and started eight games on the season … Senior season came to an abrupt end due to an injury at UIW … Prior to the injury was one of the most effective quarterbacks in the league … Despite missing the final three games of the season, still finished ranked among the Southland’s top 10 in completions … Was 138-of-230 (.600) on the season for 1,611 yards and eight touchdowns … Was picked off just four times on the year … Averaged 201.4 passing yards per game … Also carried the ball a team-high 121 times for 400 yards (3.3 ypc) and eight touchdowns … Averaged 50 rushing yards per game … Completed 26-of-32 (.813) passes for a season high 338 yards and two scores in the victory over Abilene Christian … Also carried the ball 21 times for a season-high 103 yards and a score against the Wildcats … Completed 14 passes for 303 yards and one touchdown, and rushed for 29 yards and another score at Southeastern Louisiana … Completed 24 passes for 212 yards and a touchdown in the victory at nationally ranked Sam Houston State … Rushed for two scores and passed for 233 yards in the victory over Mississippi Valley State … Was responsible for six scores (3 rushing and 3 passing) in the season opener.

2018 (Junior): Southland Conference Newcomer of the Year … Two-time SLC Offensive Player of the Week … A dual-threat quarterback who played in nine games earning three starts … Carried the ball 80 times for 516 yards (6.4 ypc) and seven touchdowns and completed 40-of-67 (.597) passes for 654 yards and six more scores … Came on in a reserve role for the injured starter and carried the ball six times for 33 yards and a score to preserve the win against nationally ranked Sam Houston State … Also completed 2-of-3 passes for 90 yards against SHSU … Got the start the following week at Stephen F. Austin and completed 11-of-16 (.688) passes for 72 yards … Also carried the ball 21 times for 225 yards (10.7 ypc) and two scores against SFA … One of his TD carries went for a season-long 68 yards … It was the seventh-best single-game rushing performance in program history and the best by an LU quarterback … Guided the Cardinals to a win over nationally ranked Central Arkansas after completing 15-of-25 (.600) passes for 346 yards and four touchdowns … One of his completions went for a season-long 77 yards … He also carried the ball 23 times for 49 yards and touchdown against UCA … He was named SLC Player of the Week following his performance against the Bears … Rushed for 83 yards and passed for 111 and two scores in the victory over Houston Baptist.

Old Dominion: Played in three games, making first career start against North Carolina … Completed 8-of-19 passes for 73 yards … Rushed 12 times for 26 yards and a touchdown … Transferred to ODU from Fullerton College … Completed 246 passes for 3,434 yards and 37 touchdowns … Also carried the ball 131 times for 712 yards and nine scores … Named SCFA Player of the Year.

High School: As a senior at Rockwall-Heath, passed for 1,400 yards, rushed for 1,000 and earned team MVP honors … Was an all-district selection.
