Kiki Reyes joined the Lamar University volleyball coaching staff prior to the 2023 season and was promoted to assistant coach in May 2025.
Reyes has played an integral role in the program's resurgence, helping guide the Cardinals to back-to-back Southland Conference tournament appearances in 2024 and 2025—the program's first consecutive postseason berths since 2010-11. She also helped Lamar secure consecutive winning seasons for the first time since 2008-09.
She arrived in Beaumont after spending the previous three seasons with Club North Volleyball in Missouri. During her tenure, Reyes oversaw player development and designed goal-oriented drills and strategies tailored to each athlete's strengths.
Reyes joined Club North Volleyball following three years in the business sector.
Her coaching career began in Texas with Texas Invasion Volleyball Club in Mesquite. She started as an assistant coach before earning a promotion to head coach within a year.
A graduate of the University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, Kan., Reyes also starred at Dallas College Eastfield under coach Brandon Crisp from 2017-19.
During her time at Eastfield, Reyes earned All-America honors and was named the Mid-America Conference MVP. As a freshman, she was selected as the 2017 NJCAA Division III Player of the Year.
