Courtney Campbell

Courtney Campbell was named manager of athletic operations in December 2023. Campbell brings five years of experience within athletic operations but comes to Beaumont after serving as Director of Softball Operations for the past year at Appalachian State.
 
During her time in Boone, N.C., Campbell worked directly with the coaching staff to coordinate, plan and execute the day-to-day operations of a Division I softball program. She oversaw team travel logistics, video production for all games and practices, annual budget, liaison with visiting teams as well as serving as program liaison with alumni, parents and other on campus departments.
 
Prior to her stay in Boone, Campbell spent two seasons as an event operations assistant at SMU. During her time in Dallas, Campbell oversaw 20 employees while working with men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball and football. During her time with the Mustangs, Campbell played an integral role with Moody Coliseum as it hosted NIT and Women’s NIT games, NBA team practices, Big 3 Basketball practices, the First Responders Bowl and the Texas High School 6A state semifinals in basketball.
 
In addition to her role with SMU, Campbell also assisted the American Athletic Conference with the AAC Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships.
 
Campbell arrived in Dallas after a nine-month stint at UT Tyler serving as a game day operations assistant. During her time in Tyler, she assisted the athletics department in all phases of athletic operations.
 
Campbell received a bachelor’s in health and science from UT Tyler in May 2019.
