Keishla “Kiki” Reyes joined the Lamar University coaching staff prior to the 2023 season.
She was promoted to the second assistant coach in May 2025. Reyes played an integral role during the 2024 season after helping guide LU to its first Southland Conference tournament appearance since 2011.
Reyes comes to the Golden Triangle from Missouri where she spent the three previous seasons serving as a coach for Club North Volleyball squad. During her time with the Club North squad, Reyes was in charge of development and implementation of goal-oriented drills and strategies which were based on the strengths of each individual player.
She took on her role with Club North Volleyball after three years in the business world. Her first coaching stop came in the Lone Star State with the Texas Invasion out of Mesquite. She originally started with the Invasion as an assistant but was promoted to head coach within one year.
A graduate from the University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, Kansas, Reyes was also a standout for Brandon Crisp at Dallas College Eastfield from 2017 to 2019.
During that time, Reyes garnered All-America honors and was also named Mid-American Conference MVP. As a rookie, she would be named the 2017 NJCAA DIII Player of the Year.
