Iris Fiaui joined the Lamar University sports medicine staff in 2019 as a graduate assistant athletic trainer. Her primary sport coverage is with the Cardinal men’s and women’s golf team, women’s tennis team and assisting with the men’s and women’s basketball teams.
Fiaui graduated from Eastern Washington University (EWU) in June 2019 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training. As an undergraduate student, Iris worked primarily with EWU’s football, track and field, and cross country teams.
Fiaui is a nationally certified athletic trainer and a licensed athletic trainer in the state of Texas. She is currently pursuing a Master’s of Science degree in Nutrition through Lamar University.
