2019: JUNIOR
- Appeared and started all 23 games for the Cardinals
- Named Southland Women's Coaches Player of the Year, Forward of the Year, a United Soccer Coaches (USC) First Team All-Region member, and a First Team All-SLC member after finishing second in the conference in total points
- Broke the school record for most points in a game with 10 against Nicholls
- Tied the Southland tournament record for most single-game assist supplying two against SFA. With 4 assists in the tournament
- Ashworth broke the record for most assists in the Southland Conference tournament
- Ashworth set the record for most points with 93 in her career in the 2019 season

2017: FRESHMAN
- Earned first-team All-Southland Conference honors after compiling 16 points on four goals and eight assists
- Her 16 points were second on the Cardinals

- Scored her first collegiate goal in her first game, a 6-0 win over Southern on Aug. 18
- Led LU with 68 shots and 35 shots on goal
