Ashley Goh enters her first season as the graduate assistant for the Cardinal women's golf program.
Goh is a native of Johor Bahru, Malaysia. She attended Central Michigan University from 2020-2024 where she earned second team All-MAC honors during the 2022-23 season after she finished fourth at the MAC Championship with a three-day score of 221.
She also earned Academic All-MAC, College Sports Communicators Academic All-District and Scholar All-America Team by the Women's Golf Coaches Association honors in 2024.
Goh's final round score of 68 at the MAC Championship tied the program record while it was also a career low. Her fourth-place finish was the best by a CMU player in the program's history.
She averaged a team-best 74.8 scoring average as a senior as she wrapped up the season with third straight top 10 finish at the MAC Championship, placing sixth overall. She finished tied for ninth in 2022.
Goh ranked in the top three in scoring on the team consistently throughout her career.
She was invited to play in the prestigious PGA Works Collegiate Championship at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla. in 2024. The event brings together minority collegiate golfers from across the country at one of the nation's top facilities that also hosts The Players Championship.
As a junior, she was the 2019 Singapore Golf Association Junior Open champion while she placed second at the Malaysian Golf Association Penang Amateur Open, third in the TSM Golf Challenge and third in both the Malaysian Amateur Open and Malaysian Amateur.
Goh graduated from CMU with a bachelor of arts degree majoring in interior design.
