2019 (Junior): One of the surprises of the season … Took over as the team’s primary kicker in the first game of the year and never looked back … Played in 12 games … Second Team All-Southland Conference … Led the Southland Conference with 21 field goals on the season … Converted 21-of-28 (.750) attempts to rank fifth in the league … Was a perfect 26-of-26 on extra point tries … Averaged 57.8 yards per kick off … Also averaged 42.8 yards per punt on 17 punts … Landed nine punts inside the 20 … Had four punts of at least 50 yards or more … Named STATS FCS National Special Teams Player of the Week and Southland Conference Special Teams Player of the Week after scoring 14 points, which included two field goals of at least 50 yards at Houston Baptist … Was a perfect 4-of-4 on field goals against HBU and 2-of-2 on PATs … Averaged 48.6 yards per punt on five punts at UIW, including a long of 63 yards … Also scored five points against the Cardinals, including a 28-yard field goal … Nailed three field goals against Mississippi Valley State, including the game-winner in overtime.
