2015 Outdoor
• Set a personal best in the 800m with 1:54.11 mark and 12th place finish at the Southland Conference Championships.
• First place finishes in the 800m (1:58.11) and 4x400m (3:20.31) relay at the McNeese Springtime Classic.
 
2015 Indoor
• A part of the SLC Champion Distance Medley Relay team (10:39.75).
• Season-best run of 1:58.25 at the Howie Ryan Invitational.
• Best mark of 51.28 at the UAB Green and Gold Invite.
• Best 4x400 mark of 3:19.09 at the SLC Championships, took 10th.
 
2014 Outdoor
• Season-best mark of 3:13.79 at the Southland Conference Championships in the 4x400m relay and netted a fifth place finish.
• Timed at 1:55.33 during the preliminary rounds of the championships in the 800m race, also a season best.
• Put up a 1:56.57 mark in the 800m at the J. Fred Duckett-Rice Twilight to finish 20th and 3:17.35 in the 4x4 for seventh place.
• At the McNeese Springtime Invite, placed sixth in the 800m (1:56.79) and fifth in the 4x4 (3:22.76).
• Set an early season-high in the 800m at the SFA Skecher’s Carl Knight Invitational on a 1:55.61 mark, seventh place.
•  Ran the 400m dash in 50.14 at the Victor Lopez Classic, also ran the 4x4 in 3.21.75 for third place.
 
2014 Indoor
• Season-best time in the 800m of 1:58.14 at the Texas A&M 12 Team Invitational in an eighth place finish.
• Also finished in fifth place at A&M in the 4x400m relay on a 3:18.96 time, season best mark.
• Competed at the Southland Conference Championships in the 800m and 4x4; finished 15th in the prelims with a 1:59.83 mark in the 800m and 10th in the 4x4 with a 3:19.49 time.
• Finished 39th in the 800m (1:59.68) and fourth in the 4x4 (3:19.39) at the Southern Miss Cupid Classic.
• Placed seventh in the 4x4 at the Howie Ryan Invite on a 3:21.51 mark and 20th in the 800m on a 1:59.07 run.
• Opened the season with a 51.43 run in the 400m dash and 3:23.71 mark in the 4x4 at the Houston Indoor Opener.
 
2013 Outdoor 
• Competed in 10 races over the course of seven meets
• Ran primarily in the 800, putting up a season-best time 1:54.53 at the J. Fred Duckett Rice Twilight Meet to finish sixth ... Placed fourth in the event at the McNeese Spring Time Classic with a time of 1:55.27
• Finished in 1:56.28 at the Southland Championships to come in 10th
• Participated in the 400 once, placing ninth at the SHSU Quad Meet with a time of 51.28
• Also a member of the 4x400 relay team that came in second at SHSU with a time of 3:17.46
• The quartet posted times of 3:17.46 and 3:18.03 at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays and Southland Championships, respectively, to place 22nd and eighth
• The 4x400 team posted its best time of the season at McNeese, finishing in 3:17.00 and ending fifth.
 
2013 Indoor 
• Ran in eight races over four meets
• Took home 600 meter crown at the Jeff Davis Invitational with a time of 1:26.76
• Also a member of the 4x400 relay team at the meet that finished second at 3:24.17
• Finished fifth in the 800 at the McNeese Invitational with a time of 2:07.77.
 
High School
• Competed for Coach Rayford Ross
• Team captain as a senior Part of nation’s No. 1 4x400 relay team with a time of 3:12.71
• Two time regional qualifier in the 800
• Also ran for Dallas Gold Track Club.
