• Southland Conference Female Athlete of the Year.
• Three-event SLC Champion, 3000- and 5000- meter runs along with the distance medley relay.
• Set league records in the 3000m and 5000m.
• Three championships netted her three-first team All-Southland Conference honors.
• Championships 3000-meter time of 9:30.98, only bested by the season best 9:23.20 at the UW Indoor Invitational.
• Lone 5K run was at the league championships, marked in at 16:36.01.
• The lead leg of the championship DMR team’s time of 11:47.06.
• Ran the mile once, at the Texas A&M 13-Team Invitational and crossed with a time of 4:46.75.
 
2014 Cross Country 
• Southland Conference Female Newcomer of the Year.
• First-team All-Southland Conference and finished third at the Southland Conference championships on a 20:49.6 run, and was the third of three Cardinals to go 1-2-3.
• Competed at the NCAA Division I South Central Regionals and took 35th place after a time of 21:32.3.
• Also ran a 6K at the ISU Pre-National Invitational, ran a mark of 21:44.8.
• Took 22nd at the Chile Pepper Festival (5K) with a mark of 17:16.4 and placed 9th on a season-opening run at the Texas A&M Invitational.
 
2014 Cross Country 
• Named as the Southland Conference Newcomer of the Year.
• Garnered first-time All-Southland Conference honors after a third place finish on a 20:49.6 mark.
• Placed 35th at the South Central Regionals with a 21:32.3 time.
• Finished 63rd at the ISU Pre-Nationals with a 21:44.8 mark.
• Put up a 17:16.4 5,000-meter mark and placed in 22nd at the Chile Pepper Festival.
• Ninth place finish at the Texas A&M Invitational (4.1K) on a time of 14:31.4.
 
 Prior to Lamar 
• Won U23 German titles in the 3,000 meter steeplechase in both 2012 and 2014
• Came in third with the U23 German national team at 2013 European cross country championships
• Helped U20 squad to a third place finish as well at 2012 event
• Holds best times of 2:09.91, 4:25.04, 9:24.76 and 16:19.80 in the 800, 1,500, 3,000 and 5,000 meter runs
• Also holds a best time of 10:05.48 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase.
 
High School 
• Helped German U20 team to second place finish at 2011 European cross country championships
• Finished 11th in 3,000 meter steeplechase at 2011 European U20 championships.
