Georgia Tauer joined the Lamar University sports medicine staff in July 2021 as a graduate assistant athletic trainer. Her primary coverage will be with the Cardinal women’s soccer team.
Tauer is currently pursuing a Master’s in Nutrition through Lamar University. She is a nationally certified athletic trainer and a licensed athletic trainer in the state of Texas.
Tauer graduated from The University of Alabama in 2021 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training. As an undergraduate student she worked primarily with women’s soccer, football, and baseball. Tauer is originally from Denver, Colo.
