2011-12: One of four Cardinals to play in all 35 games during the year, garnering a pair of starts ... Had 63 blocks for the fifth best single-season total in school history ... Averaged 1.8 blocks per game to rank second in the Southland Conference and 64th in the nation ... Also posted averages of 2.2 points and 3.6 rebounds per game ... Scored a career-high nine points and matched his personal bests with nine rebounds and six blocked shots in 70-49 win over McNeese State in the championship game of the Southland Conference Tournament (3/10) ... Also had nine boards against No. 9 Louisville earlier in the season to establish a career-high ... Finished with four points, eight rebounds and six blocked shots in 72-54 win over Charlotte (11/19) ... Posted four blocks and eight rebounds against eventual National Champion Kentucky (12/28) ... High School: Two-year letterwinner for coach Mike Murphy at Pflugerville HS ... Averaged 6.3 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.3 blocks per game as a senior ... Named PHS Defensive Player of the Year ... First-team All-District 22-5A as a senior after leading the Panthers to the district title and a berth in the regional quarterfinals with a 34-6 record ... Second-team all-district as a junior after posting per game averages of 5.2 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.3 blocks ... PHS went 27-7 his junior season and won the District 14-5A title while reaching the regional quarterfinals ... Selected to play in the Toros All-Star Game ...
