Lamar University Athletics

Tanner Patterson joined the Lamar University staff as a graduate assistant coach prior to the start of the 2023-24 season. 

Patterson comes to the Golden Triangle from Troy University where he was heavily involved with player development, event coordination, scouting, film, editing, equipment and also assisted with travel and logistics. Patterson received his bachelor's degree from Troy in Hospitality, Sport and Tourism Management with a focus on sports. He also minored in Leadership.
