2022 (Sophomore): Played in and started all 11 games … Finished second on the team with 61 stops on the season with 19 unassisted tackles … Was also credited with a sack, picked off a pass, which he returned 19 yards, forced six quarterback hurries, forced a fumble and broke up one pass … His lone double-figure tackle performance of the season came against Southeastern Louisiana … He recorded 12 stops, including three solos with a TFL and a quarterback hurry against the Lions … Made eight tackles (three unassisted) including one sack for nine yards in losses against Northern Colorado … Also had eight stops at Nicholls … Made one tackle, picked off a pass and recorded a QB hurry at SMU … Had four tackles to go along with a QB hurry and a pass breakup against Houston Christian … Had eight tackles and a quarterback hurry at New Mexico State … Followed that up with seven tackles, including six solo stops, with a TFL and a forced fumble in the regular-season finale at rival McNeese.
