Had four Top Five finishes including a win of the 3K (8:22.93) at the FasTrak Athletix Collegiate & Unattached Opener on Dec. 7, 2019 and second place finishes in the 3K (8:20.01) at the Howie Ryan Invite and in the 5K (14:39.16) and distance medley relay (10:01.72) at the SLC Indoor Championships (Mar. 1-2) ... Two-time Second Team All-SLC and All-Acadmeic Team member

2019 (Cross Country):
Ran a personal best in the 8K at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational, taking 13th with a time of 24:27.7 ... Earned Third Team All-Conference after placing 15th at the SLC Championships with a time of 24:49.1 in the 8K ... Ran a 31:24.7 in the 10K at the NCAA South Central Regional, finishing 37th ... First Team Academic All-SLC

2019 (Outdoor Track & Field):
Ran a personal best time of 8:59 in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Mike Fanelli Classic.... Placed second in the Southland Conference Championships 3000 meter steeplechase (9:06) and third in the 5000 meter Southland Conference Championships (14:46)... Ran 9:18 steeplechase at the NCAA West Regional Championships

2019 (Indoor Track & Field):
Member of the Men's DMR winning team at the Southland Conference Indoor Championships.... Conference Indoor 5000 meter champion (14:40).

2018 (Cross Country):
Finished seventh in the Southland Conference Cross Country Championships...Advanced to the NCAA South Central Regional where he finished 57th with a time of 33:36.1 in the 10,000-meter race

2018 (Outdoor Track & Field):
Named Southland Conference Newcomer of the Year following a third place finish in the steeplechase (9:05) and second place in the 5000 meter's (15:00) at the Southland Conference Outdoor Championships...Finished 2nd at the Long Beach Invitational with a personal best time of 3:52 in the 1500 meter's....set a personal best time of 14:29 in the 5000 meter's at the Bryan Clay Invitational.

2018 (Indoor Track & Field):
Member of the Mens DMR winning team at the Southland Conference Indoor Championships... Set a personal best time and placed second in the 3000 meter's (8:15) and seventh in the 800 meter's with a personal best time (1:53:00) at the Southland Conference Indoor Championships... Won the Ted Nelson Invitational Mile with a personal best time of 4:12.

2017 (Cross Country):
Finished eighth in the Southland Conference Cross Country Championships with a time of 24:59.0 (8,000-meters) ... Set a personal-best at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational on Oct. 14 with a time of 24:31.2 (8,000-meters) ... Finished 29th at the NCAA South Central Regional with a time of 31:09.8 (10,000-meters) ... A member of the 2017 Southland Conference Cross Country Championship team

Ran cross country and track & field for for St. Mary's University in Twickenham, England from 2012-15 ... Obtained a First Honors Degree in Sports and Exercise Science ... Went to high school at All Hallows School
