Second Team All-Southland Conference selection as a defender… Appeared in 19 games for LU while making 18 starts… Tallied a career-high four assists… Picked up one assist in the wins over Houston, UTSA, Northwestern State and Southeastern La… Took 10 shots with five shots on goal… Was a key member of the back line that recorded eight shutouts.
2017 SEASON:
Second-team All-Southland Conference selection at defender ... Third-team selection on United Soccer Coaches all-region team ... Set LU record for field players with 2,000 minutes played, playing all but 90 minutes during the season ... Started all 23 games, tallying one assist ... Took seven shots with four shots on goal ... Picked up the assist in LU's 1-0 win at Houston Baptist on Oct. 20 ... Named Southland Conference Defensive Player of the week on one occasion.
PRIOR TO LAMAR UNIVERSITY:
First-team National Junior College Athletic Association All-America selection last season at Iowa Western College … Enrolled at Lamar University in January and worked out with the team during the spring … Played two seasons at Iowa Western College, helping the Reivers reach the National Junior College Athletic Association National Tournament both years ... Had three goals and four assists for 10 points as a freshman ... Had 11 goals and seven assists for 29 points as a sophomore … Second-team Scholar All-American as a sophomore at Iowa Western … Earned three varsity letters in soccer, track and basketball at Pleasant Grove High School in Utah.
