2016 Season
• Southland Conference Hitter of the Year.
• Added to the ABCA All-South Central Region Team
• Topped the Southland Conference in home runs and total bases, second in RBI and slugging, fourth in hitting, seventh in hits.
• Hit .379 in league play alone with 12 homers, 43 runs batted in and 26 runs scored. Had a higher on-base percentage and slugging percentage in league play.
• Led the Cardinals in slugging, RBI, homers and total bases.
• Played in the outfield for the first time in his career, and did not have an error all season.
• Tied the school record for home runs in a season (18).
• First Cardinal since Michael Ambort in 2007 to have 60 or more RBI.
• Had a five-game homer streak that started with Northwestern State and ended with Central Arkansas, won Louisville Slugger National Player and Southland Conference Hitter of the Week honors. Was 8-of-16 with 11 RBI and six runs scored during the stretch.
• Rattled of an 18-game hit streak, seventh-longest in school history, hit .460 (29-of-63) during the stretch with 14 runs scored and 20 RBI.
• Popped two homers against Incarnate Word and sparked a 20-run outburst, had four RBI in the game with three runs scored.
• Had another four-RBI contest in the opener of the Central Arkansas series, part of a 19-run outburst.
• Season-high RBI count was five at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, which sparked huge six-run comebacks – twice.
• Four times he had three RBI in a game, Prairie View, Houston, Houston Baptist and Stephen F. Austin.
• Popped homers in back-to-back games against Southeast Missouri State and No. 23 Arizona, eventual College World Series participant.
• Sparked a nine-run comeback against Nicholls with a three-run shot over the center field wall, his 10th of the year – had four RBI in the battle.
• Was the first of back-to-back days with back-to-back jacks with Trey Silvers.
• Had a four-hit day in six at-bats against Houston Baptist, had four RBI and two runs scored.
• Led the team with 16 multi-RBI games, 11 in league play, and was second in multi-hit games at 24, 14 in Southland action.
• Notched his lone triple in a game against McNeese State when he was 2-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored.
 
Junior College:
• Won back-to-back National Championships with Tyler.
• Was  named to the all-academic athletic team.
• Two-time national player of the week.
• Hit .285  with eight homers and 45 runs batted in his sophomore season.
• Teammates with LU’s Jace Campbell and Jimmy Johnson.

High School:
• Helped his team to the playoffs his senior season, first time the program had been in eight years.
• Was all-district his junior and senior seasons, All-East Texas  and played in the North Texas All-Star game his final campaign.
• Hit .285 with eight dingers his senoir year.
• Coached by Bernie Martinez.
• Member of the National Honor Society.
• Graduated with a 3.8 grade point average.
• Also lettered in football.
