2015 Outdoor Season
• Second-team All-Southland Conference in the 5000-meter after a second-place finish at the Southland Conference Outdoor meet (14:52.42).
• Finished fourth in the 10,000-meter at the SLC Outdoor event on a 31:27.30 mark.
• Raced in the 1500-, 3000-, 5000-, 10,000-meter runs during the season.
• Season-best time of 30:31.58 at the Mt. SAC Relays in the 10K, finished 22nd.
• Timed at 14:43.18 and finished 61st in the 5K at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival.
• Ran the 1500 at the Louisiana Classic and finished fifth after a 3:54.51 run.
• Competed at the Longhorn Invitational in the 3000-meter and finished third on an 8:33.06 time.
 
2015 Indoor Season
• Competed in the 3000- and 5000-meter runs, claimed second-team All-Southland Conference honors in both after second place finishes at the league meet.
• Ran the 3000 in 8:22.45 and the 5000 in14:34.83 at the Southland Conference Indoor Championships.
• Season-best of 14:16.58 in the 5K at the UW Indoor Invitational.
• Best time of 8:20.47 at the event in the 3K.
• Timed in at 8:25.82 at the UAB Vulcan Invite in the 3000-meter.
 
2014 Cross Country 
• Season-high 23:56.9 mark at the Southland Conference Championships in an 8K and earned first-team All-Southland Conference honors.
• Finished 22nd at the Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival with a time of 24:54.8 (8K).
• Ran the 8K Wisconsin Adidas Invitational in 25:11 and placed 175th.
• Placed ninth at the 6K Texas A&M Invitational with a time of 18:47.3.
 
High School 
• Won 10,000 meter title at 2013 British Universities and Colleges Sport championships with a personal-best time of 30:51.53
• Also finished third at the cross country championships
• Placed sixth at U23 UK championships
• Carries personal best times of 8:19 and 14:21 in the 3,000 and 5,000 meter runs
• Also ran for City of Norwich Athletics Club.
