BEAUMONT, Texas – The voting process for the 2026 Cardinal Hall of Honor has begun. Those eligible to vote are current Hall of Honor members. Those members should be on the lookout for the 2026 ballot via e-mail or regular mail. If you're a member of the Cardinal Hall of Honor and have not received a ballot and would like to participate please contact LU Associate Athletics Director for Media Relations, James Dixon, by e-mail – james.dixon@lamar.edu – or by phone, (409) 880-8329 to receive a ballot. Voting will remain open through Friday, July 10^th, 2026 at 5 p.m.

The 2026 Cardinal Hall of Honor will be the 46^th installment of the event. The induction ceremony will take place Saturday, Oct. 10^th when the Cardinals host UIW. Inductees will be honored at the induction ceremony that morning and again at half time of the football game.
 
Further details regarding the induction ceremony will be released at a later date.
