BEAUMONT, Texas – Excitement is building for the 2020 National Signing Day and Lamar University fans will have several avenues through which to keep up-to-date with the newest additions to the Cardinals roster. For the second year in a row, the Cardinals will be hosting a live Signing Day Show on Facebook Live. In addition to the one-hour show, fans can also keep track via twitter (@LamarFootball) and by logging onto www.LamarCardinals.com.
 
The Signing Day Show will be co-hosted by current Voice of the Cardinals, Harold Mann, and former Voice, Dave Hofferth. It will begin at 10 a.m. and will focus on the newest additions to the roster, including Jakevian Wilson who was added during the early signing period. It will also include special guest appearances by members of the LU coaching staff including head coach Blane Morgan.
 
Morgan will also host his signing day press conference beginning at noon in the team meeting room of the Dauphin Athletics Complex. Morgan will cover the entire signing class during the press conference and will share video highlights of each of the signees.
 
Beginning at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Morgan will also be hosting a Signing Day event in the Cardinal Club room at the Montagne Center prior to the Cardinals basketball game against Central Arkansas. The event is $30 for those who are not members of the Cardinal Club or who have not renewed their 2020 season tickets.
 
The Cardinals will also keep a running tab of signees throughout the day on their web site and on twitter.
