A four-year letterwinner for the Cardinals and member of three NCAA Championship tournament teams, Benny Schweizer now makes the transition to the sidelines as a graduate assistant coach.

During his four seasons on campus, Schweizer was a five-time All-Southland Conference selection, who garnered three first-team honors. The 2015 SLC Freshman of the Year, Schweizer also earned a Southland Player of the Week honor.

Schweizer recorded nearly 60 singles wins during his career and was a key cog on a team that won the program’s first Southland Conference title in 40 years. The Cardinals followed it up by repeating as conference champions the following year. He was a member of a team that produced the best three-year run in program history.
